Meditation benefit #826:
All that time with your sweet cheeks on the meditation cushion *will not fix you* because ...
You are not broken.

And that’s what we find on the meditation cushion. Our abiding WHOLENESS — issues, baggage, neurosis and all. And you know what?
Your wholeness means INCLUSIVE OF EVERYTHING so your issues might seem like they're less of a big deal. And your baggage isn’t such a problem.
And all that effort to spit-polish your persona and “get better” might become
BORING. and redundant once you realize that you are already enough —
so um, be forewarned that once you stop treating yourself like a never ending project, you might need to get a new hobby. 🤷🏻‍♀️
