Rebel Heart Meditation :: 30 Day Self-Love Challenge

The truth is, you can only love others as much you love yourself, and the more you love yourself, the more the best kind of love exists in the world. After all, no one can love you the way that you can.

This is your invitation to rewire your brain, heart, and psyche through metta (lovingkindness) meditation and weekly activities designed to inspire productive self-reflection. Lovingkindness meditation has been scientifically shown to increase joy, contentment, gratitude, pride, hope, interest, amusement, awe, authentic presence, sense of purpose in life, enhance relationships, and decrease physical illness (Fredrickson, et al., 2008; Kok, et al., 2013).

If you find it easy to do for others but have trouble being kind to yourself, this challenge is for you. If you want a better handle on your strong emotions, to feel more clarity in your relationships, and to heal old wounds, this challenge is for you.

Beginners and busy minds welcome! No experience with meditation necessary.

All sessions are recorded and shared with the group in case you miss a session, and so you have guided meditations to listen to for home support as well.
