BREATH // 4PM
Learn to focus on your breathing, a meditation technique which allows you to be more calm and present in your day-to-day life. MNDFL’s signature meditation class, this practice grounds you in the here and now like a cold shower on a hot summer day. Perfect for those new to meditation and experienced practitioners alike.
5pm // EMOTIONS
Emotions aren't facts. They are simply information. In this class we learn to work with the physical energy of emotions, learning to see it not as good or bad but simply a part of who we are-- exploring and riding the energy of our emotions so we can be more productive, joyful, and free.
6pm // HEART
Connect with your own tender heart. This class encompasses loving-kindness practices and ways to become more compassionate and empathetic toward others. Be guided step-by-step in opening your heart to the people you love, the people you dislike, and the myriad of people in your life you don’t know very well.
