11am // BREATH
Learn to focus on your breathing, a meditation technique which allows you to be more calm and present in your day-to-day life. MNDFL’s signature meditation class, this practice grounds you in the here and now like a cold shower on a hot summer day. Perfect for those new to meditation and experienced practitioners alike. 30 Minute Class
12pm // HEART
Connect with your own tender heart. This class encompasses loving-kindness practices and ways to become more compassionate and empathetic toward others. Be guided step-by-step in opening your heart to the people you love, the people you dislike, and the myriad of people in your life you don’t know very well. 45 Minute Class
1 pm // ADVANCED BREATH
MNDFL’s signature meditation class, this practice grounds you in the here and now like a cold shower on a hot summer day : BUT EXTRA. Advanced classes are 60 minutes and are much more spacious in instruction and a little deeper in the traditional Buddhist view.
NOTE:: All are welcome, though advanced classes are best for experienced practitioners
