ON SUNDAY, MARCH 19th

Join us for a daylong or half-day meditation retreat from the comfort of your own home (and coziest joggers) via Zoom. This retreat was designed for those of us who already have some basic experience with meditation (and yes, meditation apps count).

Because you’re ready to experience the benefits of deepening into a longer practice session. Because you know and love (or at least suspect you’ll love) how supportive meditating with other people can be. Because you’ve realized that all the “good stuff” that accumulates through meditation — feeling more sane, steady, open, clear — aren’t just luxuries. They’re tools of resilience in difficult times, and portals to experiencing joy FULLY in the good times.

Beginners welcome, however please note: The opening session will be firmly guided to give us a solid base, and then trail off into a more spacious and lightly guided practice period to allow your own insights to emerge. 

This Online Meditation Retreat includes walking meditation, sitting meditation, stretch breaks, journaling, small discussion groups and Q+A.
