10 am // BREATH
Learn to focus on your breathing, a meditation technique which allows you to be more calm and present in your day-to-day life. MNDFL’s signature meditation class, this practice grounds you in the here and now like a cold shower on a hot summer day. Perfect for those new to meditation and experienced practitioners alike. 30 Minute Class
11 am // HEART
Connect with your own tender heart. This class encompasses loving-kindness practices and ways to become more compassionate and empathetic toward others. Be guided step-by-step in opening your heart to the people you love, the people you dislike, and the myriad of people in your life you don’t know very well. 30 Minute Class
12 pm // ADVANCED BREATH
MNDFL’s signature meditation class, this practice grounds you in the here and now like a cold shower on a hot summer day : BUT EXTRA. Advanced classes are 60 minutes and are much more spacious in instruction and a little deeper in the traditional Buddhist view.
NOTE:: All are welcome, though advanced classes are best for experienced practitioners
