ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 13th:
Join us for a daylong or half-day meditation retreat from the comfort of your own home (and coziest joggers) via Zoom. This retreat was designed for those of us who already have some basic experience with meditation (and yes, meditation apps count).
Because you’re ready to experience the benefits of deepening into a longer practice session. Because you also miss meditating with other people. Because you know that all the “good stuff” that accumulates through meditation — feeling more sane, steady, open, clear — aren’t just luxuries. They’re tools of resilience in difficult times and this past year has been a doozy.
Beginners welcome, however please note: The opening session will be firmly guided to give us a solid base, and then trail off into a more spacious and lightly guided practice period to allow your own insights to emerge.
This Online Meditation Retreat includes walking meditation, sitting meditation, stretch breaks, journaling, small discussion groups and Q+A. We’ll be practicing both mindfulness meditation and LovingKindness.
