This was my first retreat ever and my first online retreat. I was a bit nervous about meditating for over 2 hours at one time, but it flew by. I enjoyed the mix of sitting and walking meditation. Adreanna has such a warmth about her, that makes you feel safe and comfortable to be open and share. I look forward to my next retreat!
