And thatā€™s what we find on the meditation cushion. Our abiding WHOLENESS ā€” issues, baggage, neurosis and all. And you know what?
Your wholeness means INCLUSIVE OF EVERYTHING so your issues might seem like they're less of a big deal. And your baggage isnā€™t such a problem.
And all that effort to spit-polish your persona and ā€œget betterā€ might become
REALLY.
EFFING.
BORING. and redundant once you realize that you are already enough ā€”
