IN BLOOM :: DAY 6

Hello you wonderful meditator, and welcome to your practice for Day #6.

We’ve hit our penultimate practice, and I'm looking forward to logging some cushion time with you as we near the end of our series.

But first, to prep us for practice, I share a recent experience when things opened up for me... in, errrm... not such a great way. To say the least.
