I'm back on the cushion with you today as we continue to unfold our theme of the month:
Acceptance.

As I mentioned yesterday, we're taking some time to linger in the realm of emotions here in practice -- and today is a continuation of that promise.
Before practice, I share the story of an experience I had teaching at MNDFL Meditation last year, and how that turned my mind to the sweet necessity of having spaces where it's not only tolerated that we feel our feelings, but truly encouraged.

And -- I might be biased here -- meditation is that kind of space.
So let's just get down to it, shall we?
